Albin Engineering Services Inc. (AESI) has been a leader in providing distinctive resources and business solutions to Fortune 500 companies throughout North America. We have been listed on the Inc. 500 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States during 1999 and 2000.
In December 2002, Albin Engineering was honored to receive the STAR supplier Subcontractor/Service award from Lockheed Martin Corporation. The STAR award was developed by Lockheed Martin to allow them to distinguish recipients as top performing suppliers.
AESI has received the prestigious Silicon Valley “Entrepreneur of the Year “ finalist award in the area of Customer Service for our professional service and ability to deliver sustainable results with our customers. Our clients include organizations as diverse as Lockheed Martin, Hewlett Packard, PeopleSoft, Agilent Technologies, IBM and Space Systems/Loral.
AESI was “founded by engineers for engineers” primarily focusing in the following industries: Computers, Software, Networking, Semiconductor, Testing Equipment and Aerospace and Defense.

- Staffing augmentation - We focus in the areas of technical engineering, information technology, design and testing equipment
- ATE Test Systems - Because of AESI founder Marc Albin's personal history
in engineering, we specialize in designing the
hardware (the data collection instrumentation) and the software for
test systems. We have built many teams that consist of very strong
hardware-software-instrumentation engineers.
- SAP Consulting - AESI's SAP Practice delivers a powerhouse of consulting services. AESI's R/3 services cover from A to Z across every core business & technology processes. Our SAP consultants deliver results stemming from a background in working with "Big 4" system integration teams, utilizing "Best Practices" to guarantee rapid ROI from utilization of our services. Our consulting talent consists of Functional, Technical or Techno-Functional (Analysts) that possess comprehensive experience spanning every SAP /(mySAP) module.
- On-site Services - We can provide you with a customized innovative solution that fits your needs for any on-site staffing or consulting related issues.
- Proposal Management - We can provide experienced proposal managers and volume leads (management, technical, past performance) to augment your proposal staff and capabilities. Our consultants have MS Project expertise, Pink and Red Team review participation and organization, risk management plan development, as well as familiarity with the entire proposal process for DoD procurements.

- Full Service HR Functions - We provide payroll, benefit administration, travel planning, accounting and legal services.
- Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Facility - We process and hold DoD clearances for our employees and facilitate the EPSQ process for SSBI’s.

Giving Back
AESI believes in giving back to our community. We hold regular food, toy and clothing drives for local community organizations. In response to the September 11th tragedy, a donation drive for the American Red Cross was held.
AESI was a founding member of the Open Door Education Foundation. The Open Door Foundation was established to educate students of all ages, their parents and teachers about the positive aspects of pursuing IT careers. The Open Door mission is to increase the quantity of trained and qualified Americans entering the information technology field.
Founded in 1993, Albin Engineering headquarters are located in Santa Clara, California. AESI has been a solutions provider to clients throughout the United States.
