President & CEO - Marc Albin
Mr. Albin has spent over 20 years in the Information Technology and
Engineering industry, starting Albin Engineering Services Inc. (AESI) in
1993. Under Marc’s leadership, AESI has experienced
unprecedented growth, in addition to being listed on Inc. Magazines fastest
growing companies in the USA two years in a row- 1999 and 2000.
Prior to AESI, Marc began his career in 1984, holding numerous
technical executive positions with General Motors, Motorola, Hewlett
Packard and Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space in addition to various
start-ups throughout Silicon Valley. His focus has been in the
hardware/software disciplines for automated test systems.
Marc has been acknowledged as one of the most influential executives
and innovators within the industry and has been recognized by the San Jose
Business Journal as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, the prestigious
“Rising Star” award from the city of Sunnyvale, California, in addition to
being recognized as a “founding father” in helping pass SB-88, the Senate
Bill which has swept favorably throughout the staffing industry - granting
exemptions to Computer Professional employees.
Marc is also an accomplished speaker who has appeared at numerous leading
industry forums including the national COMDEX
conference. He has served on and has been involved with many industry
groups and their boards: NACCB, CATSS, NATSS, CSP AND ASA. A graduate of
Eastern Kentucky University with a BS in Applied Physics and minors in
Computer Science, Computer Electronics and Mathematics.
Vice-President of Finance, Operations and Technology - Kathie Peterson
Kathie brings a long and extensive track record of successful
operational leadership to AESI. She joined AESI in 1998 from Relational
Performance Engineering, an IT consulting firm specializing in
professional services where she held the position of Chief Operating
Officer. Previously, Kathie held positions as Vice-President of the Robert
A. Mcneil Corporation in addition to Wells Fargo Bank in the finance and
banking industry. Kathie has been instrumental in leading and managing
corporate control systems throughout her career. Her extensive experience
in the areas of systems and business process improvements has led to AESI
becoming one of the fastest growing companies in the United States for two
consecutive years as recognized by Inc. Magazine.
Vice-President of Sales and Marketing - Craig Silverman
Craig Silverman recently joined Albin Engineering, an innovative technology services and staffing solutions provider, in Santa Clara, CA as a partner and Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining Albin Engineering, Craig was the COO a Healthcare recruiting firm where he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Franchise Development & Support, and Training, before that Craig was the EVP, Sales & Marketing for HireAbility.com from 2004 - 2008 where he built a new model for the recruiting industry by banding together a social network of corporate recruiting groups, executive and independent recruiters, and staffing agencies. He continues to be engaged with HireAbility as a Chairman of the Advisory Board. From 2002-2004, he was the Senior Vice President for TMP/Hudson Global Resources (HHGP) where he was responsible for their $90M U.S. IT Services business. From 1996–2001, Craig was with Hall Kinion as Executive Vice President and CMO. He was successful in growing the Hall Kinion recruiting business from annual revenues of $30M to $296M while opening 40 new sales offices, and hiring 400 recruiters.
Craig's professional sales and sales management career spans 19 years. During this time he has amassed substantial experience in building sales teams, marketing, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, public relations, recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating. Craig is considered to be an expert on the job market, staffing industry & recruiting trends, leadership, and sales management. He is frequent keynote speaker and has been often quoted by the press in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, San Francisco Chronicle, and Staffing Industry Report. Craig attended the University of Texas at Austin and in 2000 completed the OPM/Key Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
Human Resource and Operations Manager - Tiffany Millspaugh
As a member of the Executive Management Team, Tiffany is responsible
for managing human resources and daily operations. In that capacity,
Tiffany is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the daily operations of AESI.
Some of her duties include formulating policies, managing daily operations, facility issues and HR issues.
Not only is Tiffany heavily involved in the business side of AESI, but she plays a key role in AESI’s technology and development.
Tiffany’s history in database management and call center software development greatly assists in AESI’s technological strategy for the future.
Prior to joining AESI, Tiffany was employed as Vice President of Operations & Development for a call center in Rancho Cordova, CA. Tiffany’s experience encompassing call center services, database and software development spans 15 years, which led her to acquire a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Administration. She has worked with numerous companies in operations management, program management, database administration, and technology advancement. Tiffany brings a wealth of skills and leadership experiences to AESI’s valued clients
