AESI Employees who refer a new consultant/contractor can earn up to as much as $1 for each hour this person works for AESI, for as long as the employee continues to work for AESI. That could be up to $2,000/year for years!

Payout will begin after the consultant/contractor has been a full-time employee with AESI for a minimum of thirty (30) continuous days.

Multiple placements of the same referred consultant/contractor is not eligible.

AESI Employees who refer a new hiring manager can earn up to as much $1 for each hour for EACH consultant/contractor that continues to work for AESI (limit up to 5 employees).

The hiring manager must not already be in our database in order to qualify.

Payout will begin after the consultant/contractor has been a full-time employee with AESI for a minimum of thirty (30) continuous days.

Not an AESI Employee? You can still earn $100 to $1,000 by making a referral. Amount is dependant on experience level of candidate that gets hired.
