Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (www.aesi.com) is seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to work collaboratively with other seasoned engineers in a small team within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for complex design and firmware development activities on new and existing wireless and/or radio frequency (RF) systems and tools.
This position will be responsible for developing embedded and non-embedded software for our client’s Wireless networking products.
Essential functions
• Embedded software design, development and documenting
• Interface and support the hardware development team

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of embedded software development in C on multiple hardware platforms
- Experience with Internet protocols TCP, IPv4, IPv6, IKE/IPSec, routing protocols and related applications desirable
- Experience using Source Code Control system
- Experience with machine-to-machine applications
- Experience debugging system, hardware, and software problems
- Experience working on a complex wireless system is highly desirable
