Required Experience:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years progressive experience in financial management process improvement and business process analysis. CPA preferred.
- Experience as a senior business or financial analyst required.
- PeopleSoft Financial 8.8 or onwards experience required.
- Experience in Financial accounting with federal/state governments preferred.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Cost Management, General Ledger, Procurement, Payables, Asset management, Accounts Receivables, Planning & Budgeting, and Financial reporting domains required.
- Solid understanding of the financials reporting cycle required (from accounting transactions to enterprise reporting through month-end processes and audit requirements)
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required and able to effectively contribute to and work with multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to work with all members of a project team, including business, technical, and management.
- Must be extremely organized and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving many issues simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Visio required
- Experience managing projects from beginning to end desired
- Candidate must be able to work for any company or government agency in the USA.
