Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (www.aesi.com) is looking for an RF System Engineer for a full-time position with one of our premier wireless technology clients in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Job Responsibilities:
- System characterization and optimization.
- Systems level testing and diagnoses, validation and verification, and product reviewing, implementations and improvements.

Required Experience:
- Knowledge of modulations (QAM/OFDM), and IEEE 802.11 protocols is desirable.
- Familiarity Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Digital Communication Test Equipment.
- Experienced in troubleshooting/failure analysis in RF & Microwave and digital subsystems.
- Experience with WLAN and WiMax technologies.
- Strong knowledge of I-V and RF measurements and test instrumentation.
- Minimum BS Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the wireless test environment.
- Experience in system verification tests, pilot verification tests, process design, test procedures, data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and statistical analysis.
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive manual tests.
- Ability to write and debug test programs in C.
- Must be able to work for any USA company.
