- Person is expected to become a member of the quality review board.
- Position involves the continual tracking of ITO Flight and Non-Flight anomalies and adherence to anomaly processing command media.
- Person would be responsible to routinely prepare weekly and overdue status reports.
- Person is expected to support test procedure and work instruction review and approval activity.
- Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
- Candidate must embrace Operational Excellence through proactive engagement, attention to detail, risk mitigation, process discipline, as well as applying real-time lessons learned and stopping (seek to understand) when something does not seem right.
- As a key required element of this position, candidate must have a demonstrated quality mindset with experience in standing tall to ensure process discipline is followed, and demonstrated ability to stop a process when risk or process failure is likely.
- Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.
- Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment, conducts quality assurance tests, and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
