Albin Engineering is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with knowledge in Network Security to work on contract for a leading aerospace company. Will engineer transport and enterprise security into satellite based telecommunications systems.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Develop system concept of operations, model telecommunication network, allocate requirements to system segments and/or units
- Select vendors, plan implementation, and manage installation
- Some software development

Required Experience:
- 8 years of network security design
- Must have a knowledge of layer 2 and layer 3 security techniques
- Must have experience deploying firewalls and Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) security
- AA or Engineering Tech degree as a minimum
- Top Secret clearance with SCI desired, but not required.
- Travel - Domestic
